Have you been stuck in a job you don't like because of the money, or just too afraid to make the leap?  Are you in a relationship with no communication? Or do you simply just feel there is something wrong or missing with your life?  Have you ever just looked at yourself and thought I have become just like one or both of my parents, noticing the same patterns with compulsions, relationships, and or addictions?

     Everything is energy and vibration which flows in energetic patterns.  The question is, how do we learn to play a new song to a more loving and peaceful tune and shift the old patterns we have been moving in for years, decades, or even generations?  The first step is awareness, realizing that this is happening and making a choice to do whatever it takes to change it.  Energy flows where attention goes. When we put our attention and intent on shifting this and by continuing to make different choices our actions will start to break up these old patterns.  

     First, we will track and locate some areas in your life where you are blocked or looping.   This can be caused by stuck or stagnant emotions tied to unprocessed wounds.  We will next help you to process, release and alchemize these old emotions.  Sometimes when we experience a traumatic event, it may shift our whole life by creating a limiting belief system to protect us.  This sub-conscious program continues to run to "protect" us even though it may not be needed anymore.  This may sometimes cause loops in our lives.      

    Next, we will get to the bottom of some of these limiting beliefs and shift these programs with pure awareness and intent.  Most of these beliefs were created in the energy of fear which is a very dense and distorted energy.   This can be very difficult to get out of alone.  To me, this it feels like energetic quicksand. Your energy body is very similar to your home you must do consistent cleaning and up-keep with a deep cleaning at least once a year, very similar to the trees losing their leaves with the changing of the seasons.  Remember, we are always growing and expanding through our experiences and choices, and it does not have to be as difficult as we sometimes make it.  

     These sessions will be a cross between life coaching and theta healing. We will energetically clear your chakras and energy fields within your mental, astral, emotional, etheric, celestial, and ketheric  energy bodies.  In my retreats we will be doing very similar just in a more potent way.  These will be hosted at specific sacred nature grid-points around the world, which will also help you to activate and upgrade your energy systems on a quantum level.
